Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rose A.R.T. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition.
